gezgez

A trip
planned
hour by hour.

Pick a city, your dates and how many days you're staying. gezgez places the sights worth seeing into your days based on opening hours, the walking and public transport time between them, and the weather.

How it works

  1. A few questionsWhere, when, how many days, how you get around, how packed you want your days and where you're staying. One question per screen.
  2. The plan is computedPlaces are ranked by importance, nearby ones are grouped into the same day, closed days and hours are skipped, and indoor sights are matched to rainy days.
  3. A day-by-day scheduleArrival and departure times for every stop, the walking or public transport link between them, and a map.

What's inside

Must-sees first

A place's importance is measured from open sources such as Wikipedia and Wikidata, not from star ratings.

Real transport

Walking times come from the street network and transit times from timetables; in some cities departures are tracked live.

The city's own app

Every plan links straight to that city's public transport app or website.

What to eat nearby

Places to eat near your stops and the city's local dishes.

Editable

Reorder a day, add or remove places; the times are recalculated.

Places you've been

If you like, it marks the stops of your plan as you visit them and keeps a personal travel map.

Travel journal

Every trip becomes an album: add a photo, an audio recording and a few lines to each day.
